I love Shell Lumber. The staff is always nice, helpful and friendly. For women, this is the most respectful and helpful compared to Home Depot. Personalized service. And for paint, Ben Moore, Gerrado, Shell paint expert, is a class act. He is the reason I shop for Ben Moore only at Shell. Give him a bonus, Shell!

I choose the store over Home Depot any day. The customer service is fantastic. Maria Sainz helped me with a bird feeder project for my kids with such kindness and technical skill. Really appreciate it.

This place is always super helpful and nice! Eddy helped me today in the garden section and was great. The employees open the door for you and ask if you need anything and help you find it etc. Also they almost always have everything I need. All in all great. 👍 …

Thank you so much for taking the time to have the right staff!. I had a DIY project to complete. I hadn't the slightest clue where to begin. You have an employee named William that is exemplary! Man this place was awesome and has just about anything you would like if your working with wood. The staff, specifically George and Janos, were the most friendly and charismatic people i’ve ever met. They helped with all of our questions and issues. As well as guided us to the tools that could help us on our propeller project.

Well stocked hardware and lumber store. I was surprised at the decent selection of hardwoods, like walnut, on offer. Shafonda in paint was extremely helpful and patient with a complicated order. All in all, 5/5

William hands down provides exceptional customer service! Very responsive, knowledgeable, and truly gets things done. I had some questions regarding measurements of a bedroom door I needed to replace and William answered every question quickly and thoroughly. You can tell he genuinely he loves what he does and cares about his clients. Highly recommend!

Shafonda and Jeanette helped me out of no where! Very grateful ful their help. It was my first time and I wasn't sure what to pick up and out of no where they both assisted me. I just wanted to carve a wooden knife or attempt to assemble one

Just came back for the first time in about 10 years and this place never fails. The selection is always incredible but the best part is the team and how they go above and beyond to help in any way. George and Yanos were absolutely amazing. Super knowledgeable and incredible friendly and welcoming. Keep up the great work!
